3 ways of working

There are three common 鈥渨ays of working鈥 in looking to our workplace post-pandemic:听

  • Hybrid: Some employees may have the option of working partially in an office and partially at home or in another location.听
  • Full-time remote: These employees will work predominantly elsewhere. This could be because they spend a lot of time on the road, although there will be space for them in an office should they need it.听

  • Employee sentiment (collected through surveys).
  • Company culture considerations.
  • Country and state regulations.听
