Employee resource groups
At 亚洲色吧, our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) fuel an engaging and inclusive workplace, directly contributing to our business success. What began as a single group in 2019 has grown into ten communities where connection, professional development, and collaboration flourish. Championed by executive leadership and driven by passionate employee volunteers, ERGs boost employee engagement and help to shape the culture of 亚洲色吧. Importantly, all 亚洲色吧 employees are welcome and encouraged to join any ERG that resonates with them, regardless of their background or identity.
