Relat贸rio de Transpar锚ncia e Igualdade Salarialdo Brasil – 2潞 Semestre de 2025

Em conson芒ncia com a Lei de Igualdade Salarial Brasileira (Lei n潞 14.611/2023) e prezando pela transpar锚ncia, publicamos hoje, 30 de setembro de 2025, o Relat贸rio de Transpar锚ncia Salarial para o Segundo Semestre, extra铆do dos portais do Governo Federal. O relat贸rio tamb茅m encontra-se dispon铆vel ao p煤blico para consulta.

O compromisso de promover um ambiente de trabalho cada vez mais inclusivo, com maior paridade de g锚nero, exige uma dedica莽茫o constante. Por isso, neste semestre, queremos dar destaque a algumas das nossas iniciativas que focamos e que visam apoiar essa mudan莽a.

Uma de nossas principais a莽玫es foi a parceria com a DIO atrav茅s do End to End Bootcamp, com foco na contrata莽茫o de profissionais com defici锚ncia. Seu impacto, contudo, extrapola apenas as vagas fechadas. Por meio desta parceria, oferecemos 11.310 bolsas de estudo gratuitas, democratizando o acesso 脿 educa莽茫o em tecnologia. Desse total, 47% das bolsas foram destinadas a um p煤blico de inclus茫o (29,20% de pretos e pardos, 9,51% LGBTQIA+, 2,22% com 50 anos ou mais, 4,88% pessoas com defici锚ncia, 0,42% ind铆genas, 0,32% refugiados e migrantes no Brasil). A iniciativa teve uma participa莽茫o expressiva de mulheres, com 3.191 inscritas (28,21%), 63 graduadas (15,48%) ao final do programa e 20% das vagas em aberto do programa foram preenchidas por mulheres.

Al茅m disso, mantivemos nosso investimento na expans茫o da participa莽茫o em eventos que promovem a inclus茫o global de mulheres no setor de tecnologia. Pelo segundo ano consecutivo, estaremos presentes no Grace Hopper, nos Estados Unidos, e no Programaria, o maior evento do pa铆s voltado para mulheres, que ocorrer谩 no final de outubro.

Internamente, para garantir que nossa equipe tenha as ferramentas necess谩rias para se desenvolver e progredir em suas carreiras, o tema “Desenvolva sua Carreira” tornou-se um t贸pico permanente junto 脿 lideran莽a s锚nior e presente nas reuni玫es gerais da empresa no Brasil (town halls).

Nosso compromisso com a equidade salarial permanece uma prioridade. Continuamos a basear a remunera莽茫o total (sal谩rio, b么nus e benef铆cios) nas responsabilidades e fun莽玫es de cada cargo, ajustando anualmente com base em avalia莽玫es de desempenho e tempo na fun莽茫o. A cada promo莽茫o ou mudan莽a de cargo, asseguramos uma reavalia莽茫o salarial para garantir a equidade.

Continuaremos a implementar e aprimorar nossas iniciativas, buscando sempre construir um ambiente de trabalho mais equitativo e inclusivo, onde todos se sintam valorizados, respeitados e reconhecidos.


Brazil Salary Equality and Transparency Report – 2nd Semester 2025

In line with the Brazilian Salary Equality Law (Law No. 14.611/2023) and our commitment to transparency, we are publishing today, September 30, 2025, the Salary Transparency Report for the Second Semester, extracted from the Brazilian Federal Government portals. The report is also available to the public for consultation.

Our commitment to promoting an increasingly inclusive work environment with greater gender parity requires constant dedication. For this reason, in this semester, we want to highlight some of our initiatives that we focused on to support this change.

One of our main actions was the partnership with DIO through the End to End Bootcamp, with a focus on hiring professionals with disabilities. Its impact, however, extends beyond just filling job openings. Through this partnership, we offered 11,310 free study scholarships, democratizing access to education in technology. Of this total, 47% of the scholarships were allocated to an inclusive audience (29.20% of black and mixed-race, 9.51% LGBTQIA+, 4.88% PWD,  2.22% aged 50+, 0,42% indigenous, 0,32% refugees and migrants in Brazil). The initiative had an impressive participation of women, with 3,191 registrants (28.21%), 63 graduates (15.48%) by program’s end, and 20% of open positions within the program were filled by women.

In addition, we maintained our investment in expanding our participation in events that promote the inclusion of women in the global tech sector. For the second consecutive year, we will be present at Grace Hopper in the USA and Programaria, in Brazil, which is the largest event in the country aimed at women, which will take place in late October.

Internally, to ensure our team has the necessary tools to develop and progress in their careers, the topic “Develop Your Career” has become a permanent topic with our senior leadership and communicated in the company’s town halls in Brazil.

Our commitment to overall pay equity remains a priority. We continue to base total rewards (salary, bonus, and benefits) on the roles and responsibilities of each job, making annual adjustments as appropriate based on performance evaluations and time in the position. With every promotion or job change, we ensure a robust salary review to guarantee equity.

We will continue to evolve and implement inclusive initiatives, always seeking to build a more equitable and inclusive work environment where everyone feels valued, respected, and recognized.
