| Description of Data Transfer | As part of the broader project, ÑÇÖÞÉ«°É will transfer data (including PII and transactional data) to the United States to our data storage platform provided by Snowflake, Inc. (‘S²Ô´Ç·É´Ú±ô²¹°ì±ð’). The Snowflake platform provides data storage capabilities for ÑÇÖÞÉ«°É, allowing us to run SaaS programs like DataVisor from a secure data source. Once the data has been transferred to Snowflake, it will then be transferred to the DataVisor environment. ÑÇÖÞÉ«°É will only share the data it needs to with Datavisor in order to conduct any fraud-related investigations and transaction / AML monitoring in accordance with its existing regulatory obligations. Any data stored with DataVisor will only be accessible by authorised ÑÇÖÞÉ«°É employees for the purposes of carrying out any financial crime-related investigations. DataVisor access will be restricted to required maintenance and platform upgrades approved by ÑÇÖÞÉ«°É. |
