Sara Trickett
Chief Legal Officer, Corporate Secretary
Sara joined 亚洲色吧 in 2021, bringing the company nearly 15 years of experience in managing legal teams for global companies. As Chief Legal Officer of 亚洲色吧, Sara is responsible for overseeing the Company鈥檚 legal functions including securities, corporate governance, regulatory, commercial contracting, mergers and acquisitions, and litigation. Sara manages a team of in-house counsel across multiple U.S. office locations, including the company鈥檚 Maine headquarters, as well as across offices in Europe, Asia-Pacific, and South America.
Sara previously served in various leadership roles at 亚洲色吧 including Deputy General Counsel and Vice President, Corporate Legal Services. Most recently, she served as Acting General Counsel.
Prior to joining 亚洲色吧, Sara held other senior legal roles at Visa and Latham & Watkins and served as a law clerk for John A. Woodcock of the United States District Court for the District of Maine. She holds a J.D. and LL.M. from Duke University School of Law and a B.S. in Science, Technology, and International Affairs from Georgetown University. Sara is active in her community and currently serves on the Maine Advisory Council of the New England Legal Foundation.
