亚洲色吧

Hilary has been with the company for nearly three decades. She currently serves as an Executive Advisor to 亚洲色吧鈥檚 leadership team and Board of Directors. Until June 2024, Hilary served as 亚洲色吧鈥檚 Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary, where she was responsible for overseeing 亚洲色吧鈥檚 global legal, regulatory compliance, government affairs, and corporate philanthropy functions. 

During her time at 亚洲色吧, Hilary was named the company鈥檚 first general counsel, she helped create 亚洲色吧 Bank, and led the legal team in launching the company鈥檚 initial public offering.

Hilary is a member of the Association of Corporate Counsel, the National Association of Corporate Directors, the Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals, and the Society for Human Resource Management. She began her career at Bennett & Associates and graduated from Bowdoin College and the University of Maine School of Law.
